Colleen Moore, PharmD, BCPS, MSQM, has over 15 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and specialty pharmacy experience.
Colleen began her career as an analytical chemist specializing in method development. She went on to receive her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina and a Master’s in Health Analytics from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
Since 2009, Colleen has built expertise in clinical pharmacy management, focusing on IV pharmaceuticals. She has led multiple cross-functional departments of patient advocates, medical staff, and healthcare professionals and was responsible for exceeding goals, developing talent, and effecting positive change.
As CEO, Colleen business philosophy is to encourage teamwork, diligence, and scientific integrity.

Ramil Menzeleev, PhD, thrives on finding creative solutions to complex challenges that arise in the course of pharmaceutical product development.
He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and B.S in chemical engineering from the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technology, Moscow. Ramil began his career as an R&D scientist in drug discovery and early-phase development of lipid nanoparticles (LNP) as a drug delivery platform. He went on to receive a Fogarty International Research Fellowship (NIH), and spent the next phase of his career researching signal transduction at Georgetown University Medical Center.
Since 1999, Ramil has been honing his expertise in complex analytical method development and validation, instrument qualification, software validation, product release testing, stability study design and execution.
His broad expertise in modern separation science ranges from early-stage, R&D feasibility studies to GMP quality control activities and from early-stage startups to large CROs.
Over the course of his career, Ramil has authored 4 patents and more than 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including Science and Journal of Chromatography.
